That’s why the No-Attendance Farewell Package includes all the essentials for a dignified cremation, ensuring your loved one is cared for with compassion and respect. We take care of all the necessities, and we are here to gently guide you and your family through this difficult time

Package includes:

• Transfer of your loved one from an aged care facility or private residence — 24/7, subject to the conditions below.
• Transfer from a hospital or Coroner’s Department during business hours.
• Standard cremation certificates.
• Death certificate with 5 certified copies.
• Standard size coffin. (1.863L x 550W x 300H)
• Cremation fee.
• Simple PVC Urn.
• 20% discount on an upgraded urn selected from our extensive range.

Package conditions:

• Urgent cremations and return of ashes price on application.
• Viewings and dressing additional fees price on application.
• Cremations and Crematorium (Selected and scheduled by us Monday to Friday) Not available on public holidays or long weekends.
• Full payment required prior to cremation.
• Oversized coffins available from $150.
• Transfers:
  • Hospital or coroner transfers included during business hours only
  • Aged care/residential transfers included weekdays 9am-4pm $590.
  • Aged care/residential transfers included weekends 4pm-9am $650
  • Public holiday/long weekend transfers incur a $750 surcharge (hospital/coroner transfers excluded from this).
• Documentation required:
  • Medical Cause of Death certificate from GP, or Verification of Death Form (Aged Care/Residence).
  • Hospital or coroner cases require a Medical Cause of Death or Burial Order
  • (Our staff will guide you through this process.)
• Some GPs may charge a fee for Cremation Certificates. This fee is payable by the family. (Standard certificates are from $121.)
• When our transfer team arrives, all documents must be ready. If staff are delayed or asked to return later, a fee will apply:
  • $1,180.00 (Monday–Friday).
  • $1,500.00 (Weekends, Public Holidays/Long Weekends).
• As part of our commitment to affordability and care, we guarantee to match or beat any written quote you receive for a comparable service.
