We offer a Chapel to Graveside Package, thoughtfully designed to include all the essentials for a dignified and meaningful service and burial — without compromising on care or respect. We take care of all of the necessities.

Package includes:

This package includes access to a range of peaceful and beautiful chapel locations across Sydney. Each service is held in a private setting and includes:

• A 45 minute chapel booking
• Visual Presentation facilities
• Quality Sound System
• Livestreaming for family and friends who cannot attend in person
• Air conditioned chapels
• This package is available on weekdays only (no weekends or public holidays)
• Hearse transfer of loved one from chapel to burial site

What’s Included:

• A 45-minute single chapel service at one of the listed crematoriums.
• Livestreaming of the service.
• The Economy Coffin in teak colour matt finish (upgrade to Rosewood or White Coffin additional charge of $330).
• Coffin flowers – included is a white silk arrangement (upgrade to fresh flowers available at extra cost). Family may wish to do their own
• Families may also choose to have an open coffin/viewing at the chapel prior to the service.
• Hearse and professional staff from Majestic Funerals to carry out of the service
• Option for family and friends to escort the coffin into and out of the chapel (with staff support if required)
• Celebrant or Minister appointed by Majestic Funerals.
• Full mortuary care, including washing and dressing of your loved one.
• A condolence book for family and friends to sign.
• 50 x A5 Order of Service booklets from our design selection.
• Official Death Certificate plus five certified copies.
• Transfer of your loved one:
  1. From an aged care facility or residence (24/7, conditions apply).
  2. From a hospital or coroner (during business hours).
• Grave Marker included where cemetery allows.
• All necessary paperwork pertaining for the cemetery

Package Conditions:

• Services Monday to Friday, starting from 9am, with the last service at 3pm, on availability.
• Not available on weekends, public holidays or long weekends.
• Full payment required before the service.
• Oversized coffins available from $150.
• Transfers:
  1. Aged care/residential transfers included 24/7.
  2. Hospital or coroner transfers included during business hours only.
  3. Public holiday/long weekend transfers incur a $695 surcharge (hospital/coroner transfers excluded).
• Documentation required:
  1. Medical Cause of Death certificate from GP, or Verification of Death Form (Aged Care/Residence).
  2. Hospital or coroner cases require a Medical Cause of Death or Burial Order
  3. (Our staff will guide you through this process.)
• Some GPs may charge a fee for Cremation Certificates. This fee is payable by the family. (Standard certificates are included.)
• When our transfer team arrives, all documents must be ready. If staff are delayed or asked to return later, a fee will apply:
  1. $695 (Monday–Sunday).
  2. $795 (Public Holidays/Long Weekends).
• All cemetery costs are additional to this package.
• Drive-bys or home visits with the hearse are not included in this package but can be arranged separately at an additional cost.
