- Transfer from Hospital or Coroners, during business hours and all mortuary care.
- No Attendance Private Cremation service.
- Simple PVC Urn or option to upgrade urn from our, extensive range on our website. Plus, an additional 20% discount on all urn purchases

- Starting at 10am the first and with final service starting at 2pm Monday to Friday.
- No Funeral services on public holidays or long weekends.
- Full payment prior to the Service.
- Oversized coffin if required -starting at $130.00.
- Transfers of the deceased included in the price, Hospital and Comers transfers are during working Business hours. (conditions apply).
- Transfer from Aged care facility or residence on public holidays & the long weekend will occur a surcharge of $330. Transfer from hospital or comers are during business hours only.
- All necessary paperwork required to be completed and signed by the GP at time of transfer. From aged care facility, residence, hospital, or Corners Department. The deceased GP may charge additional fees. Which will be Additional cost to the family. (Standard Cremation certificates are Included)
- When our transfer staff are called out that you ready for us to transfer your loved one into our care and the documents are ready for the transfer to take place. If the staff Have to wait for family members to arrive or required to go away and return later. On a family request. (additional wait time fee or required to return later $550 flat fee 7days and $750 flat fee for public holidays and long weekends).
- Family and friend should meet at the chapel 20 minutes prior to the service
- No meeting or drive by the home prior to the service with the hearse.
