• 24/7 transfer of your loved one from Aged Care, Residence, transfer from Hospital or Coroners, during business hours and all mortuary care. (Conditions apply)
• Standard Cremation certificates.
• Death certificate with 5 certified copies.
• Standard size coffin.
• Cremation fee.
• Simple PVC Urn or option to upgrade urn from our extensive range on our website. Plus an additional 20% discount on all urn purchases.
The following conditions apply:
• Full payment prior to the cremation. We offer a range of payment options including Afterpay.
• Cremation will take place once payment has been made and convenient for majestic funerals cremation timing. Majestic funerals will inform the family of this timing.
• No viewing of the deceased after the transfer or before the cremation. We suggest this takes place at the place of death, e.g. residence, hospital, Coroners Office, or Aged Care facility.
• Additional fee if an oversized coffin is required – starting at $130.00.
• All necessary paperwork required to be completed and signed at time of transfer.
• Additional wait time fee if our transfer crew is called out and must wait for family members to arrive, or required to return at a later time – $550 and $750 for public holidays.
• Transfer from Aged care facility or residence on public holidays will occur a surcharge of $330. Transfer from hospital or corners are during business hours only.
